Cosy Woodland Annexe

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. To set our guests up for the day, we offer a selection of complementary, delicious, home baked pastries for breakfast. There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

A peaceful , cosy apartment in a quite location. Just a short walk from the historic Canterbury city centre. The property benefits from being set back on a rural lane away from any city noise, but still close enough to enjoy days out, shopping and the fantastic nightlife Canterbury has to offer. Enjoy picturesque walks following the North Downs Way which passes directly outside or take in a show at Canterbury's Marlowe theatre. Close to the university and free parking directly outside.

The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.
