We're minutes away from Edinburgh Airport, The Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston and the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena as well as the soon to be opened Surf Centre. Our local train station is ten minute drive away or a twenty minute walk from which you can get to Edinburgh city centre in less than twenty minutes. We can offer either a super king size double or two single beds as well as all the usual amenities for a comfortable stay.

Our home has a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi 105mbps tested & workstation. Compact, warm, cosy house in a quiet residential area overlooking a small park. The house is simply and stylishly furnished. There is a small garden where you can enjoy eating out in warmer weather. In spring and summer the garden is filled with herbs and flowers. You'll usually find a few books in the hall and you're welcome to take any you like the look of. Easy access by rail and road to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and central and southern Scotland. 15 minutes drive to Edinburgh airport.

The Annex is completely separate to our house, but we are just next door should you need anything! 30 mins walk/5 minutes drive to Uphall train station: 13 min train (2 stops) into Edinburgh centre.Just 6 miles (10 minute drive) from Edinburgh Airport and a 10 minute walk to local shops.
