Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The well-kept vacation home is located at the end of a small settlement in a cul-de-sac and has about 200 square meters of living space. The kitchen offers you all the possibilities for self-catering and cooking together with the family. The vacation rental "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter port of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring vacation apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with a view of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Located directly on the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike tours and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian surrounding area offer many attractions and leisure opportunities. A kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room and a separate toilet as well as two terraces (one covered) overlooking the water. Four private parking spaces at the house. The garden/house is right on the water and invites you to swim, do water sports or fish. There is also a private jetty including free pedal boat use (30.3. - 11.15.)

Our vacation home "Alte Schmiede" in Osteel was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The Marienhafe apartment is about 80 square meters. The apartment is furnished in a modern country house style and is located on the 1st floor. All rooms are on one level. A large garden of about 1300 square meters invites you to romp and relax. This is accessible to all three apartments.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings, and very well equipped. It's heavenly there at any time of year and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
