The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.
