It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

You will enjoy your time in this memorable home! It is small but very well divided! 20 minutes to Vienna!There is a short-term parking zone throughout Vienna, so I recommend parking garages! A quiet place with small farm shops, unfortunately no shop on site, 5 km to Harmannsdorf Bäcker, Gasthaus Steinacker Two bicycles are also available if needed. A shuttle service from Korneuburg is possible on the WE few buses run!(€10 per way)

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. The garden consists of several levels and is beautifully integrated into the cellar alley. It is a particularly quiet location, as a forest begins behind the house and the cellar lane is hardly used.
