We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Through the large panoramic windows you can see the impressive Grimming – the highest freestanding mountain in Europe. Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a cold beer in a cozy atmosphere.

The penthouse "Hill - 73" absolutely deserves its name. On more than 90m² the holiday apartment offers pure luxury and is really dreamlike.<br>It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, open fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. With the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday penthouse offers enough space for 6 people.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!
