Within less than an hour's drive, there is a lot to discover from here: the world-famous Munich, the old imperial city of Augsburg, Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg and the Bavarian Alps with the highest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Our cozy apartment is located between the 5 Lakes region and the Alpine foothills. It is an excellent starting point for nature hikes, bike or motorcycle tours, swimming trips and city tours. It offers a separate bedroom with a large double bed. 2 more sleeping places are available with a comfortable sofa bed with mattress. In a fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area and the balcony, guests can enjoy the tranquility after eventful excursions.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

Our idyllic home impresses with its bright conservatory, which is a real highlight in all seasons. Here you can relax, enjoy nature or end the day comfortably. Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.
