The spacious apartment is located on a beautiful, idyllic mountain farm-far away from stress and hectic. The private sun terrace is inviting for relaxing and sniffing the mountain air. In summer our apartment is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling tours, in winter for ski tours. A few steps from the house is the bus stop for the free public bus. The center and the valley stations of the cable cars are about 3.5 km away-it can be easily reached by public bus or car.

This 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as cable TV. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor. The owners live on the ground floor and are always available for questions and requests during your stay.

Since there is 2.5 km mountain road, snow chains are recommended in winter. It is a very good starting point for numerous hikes. You have magnificent views of the Grossarl ski resort.

In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village.
