When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

Our fine apartment directly in the nature reserve pampers you with sun from morning to evening, views of horse pastures, Löwenburg and Ölberg. Out the door, hiking shoes on and explore! It is less than 100 m from the picturesque Rhine bank of Unkel and at the same time impresses with breathtaking views of the vineyards. A valley almost to yourselves. Plants and animals of all kinds await you. The apartment is located in a side valley of the Rhine on the Rheinsteig between Cologne and Koblenz. The Eifel Mountains are opposite and the Westerwald is behind. You can relax by your own fish ponds. Or go hiking from the front door. Dogs are welcome. For 2-4 people.
