Modern Studio - AC & Private Entrance

This is the newly remodel studio has its private entrance from the back of the main house. The entire electrical and plumbing systems were replaced and updated to assure our guests safety and clean water usage. There is also a separate temperature control heat/ac for this Studio unit that would guarantee our guests’ comfort during the stay. King size bed, with Medium Firm mattress. Sofa bed could turn into queen bed. A full functional kitchen that is very clean and has all new stainless steel appliances. Bathroom is equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures such as Grohe and Toto that you would only encounter in a luxury hotel. Basic soap, shampoo/conditioner, detergent are provided as well.

Great for traveling nurses/workers for longer term stays. An immaculate open concept house with new features. Come and find some peace in University Place. The whole house to yourself and no chores. Plenty of off street parking. A nice covered patio and fenced yard to enjoy as well. A great place to work from home or spend quality family time together. Close by hang outs: Chambers Bay, Titlow Beach, or Point Defiance Zoo/Aquarium/Park. Come enjoy the weekend or the month.
