Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this quiet and peaceful accommodation with proximity to both water, animals and nature. Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the town centre and train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view.
