The apartment is in a terrace house without a lift in Päivölä, which was completed in 1939. It's about 13km to the center of Kotka and about 3km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated into as original as possible and is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with Fittings designed by Waves. We wash the textiles with odorless detergents.

Small home, in the heart of the city

You can borrow my studio home located in city center of Kouvola. My home is across the market square. Neighbors are rather elederly people. Some noise you can hear ofcourse, since it s a question about appartmentbuilding from 1970. I have a dog, chihuahua Mila, so even though I clean up, its possible to find some hair. Mine or Milas. So my home is not suitable for dog-allergic persons. For the sleeping, I have a 120x200 size of a bed. Its very good for one person, but bit tight for two.
