Hello, and welcome to our home. We who rent out are called Ninni & Greger and we live in the big house on the farm. You will come to a cozy accommodation, close to the ski slope, exercise track, shopping area and adventure pool. The accommodation is in a scenic countryside location and here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The accommodation is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. All seasons offer opportunities to experience Swedish nature. This autumn, swimming, fishing, cycling, hiking and forests full of berries and mushrooms await. In winter, it's a paradise with ice skating on the lake, cross-country ski trails in Gyllbergen, and just 10 minutes to Romme Alpin's 31 slopes. Ulvsbo, where family and friends can spend time together, relax and create memories.

Comfortable cottage with lake view

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and a convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Wake up to a magical lake view in cozy Rämsbyn, with proximity to both nature and summer/winter activities. Thanks to its stone bottom, the water in Rämen is clear and welcoming to swim in. There is also the possibility to fish for trout, perch and pike. Fishing card can be bought on site or online. Private jetty and possibility to borrow a canoe. Romme Alpin is about 25 minutes' drive away. Proximity to several nature reserves, including Gyllbergen. Kupolen shopping center about 20-25 minutes drive away.

Relax in this waterfront cabin on your own private peninsula in the beautiful Dalarna region. Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Cozy house near Romme Alpin - quiet & comfort

A house of 94 m² located in the middle of nature, open to guests all year round. It is only 8–9 km from Romme Alpin, making it perfect for skiers and winter lovers. The place has an ideal location, about as close to both Borlänge and Ludvika. Swimming and fishing opportunities are within easy walking distance. Skiing, rest and community in the same place. There are 6 regular beds (one double bed and four single beds) as well as the possibility of two additional beds on a sofa bed.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

There you will have access to our boat with oars and electric motor, or just enjoy an evening swim from our jetty and enjoy the amazing sunset. Soak up the tranquility and just enjoy the beautiful and soothing nature!
