The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure bath, Pardiset.

Cozy cottage in the countryside that was completely renovated in 2014. It is located 12 mins drive north of Övik and 12 mins south of Husum. Close to nature and water, there is also a golf course with reasturang (Puttom) max 5 minutes drive from the cabin. Patio with furniture and grill. I myself live in a house on the same property so the cottage is not entirely separate. Easy to park outside the entrance.
