Cozy, almost one hundred years old, but modernly renovated, cottage located in an attractive residential area 7 km south of Uppsala city. Beautiful surroundings with Hågadalens nature reserve, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen and Vårdsätra beach promenade at a convenient distance. During the summer months, the area is excellent for those who want to get out into nature on foot or by bike. In winter, you have good opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Sunnerstabacken and ice skating on the lake. We live next door in the main house.

Nice little guesthouse near beautiful nature and lake

Come and enjoy nature with the family in our cozy little guest house. In the garden, there are chickens and rabbits. Well suited for families with children as there are swings and a sandbox. Close to the lake where you can swim and a nature reserve with beautiful nature. Yet, it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring your bike, it takes 35 minutes to the city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five beds (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Vi erbjuder en lägenhet i källaren, centralt belägen i Uppsala. Området ligger nära Domkyrka, Slottet med Botaniska trädgården, Universitetet och Sjukhuset. I anslutning till boendet finns gräsytor och naturreservat Fullt utrustat kök samt toalett i lägenheten. I tvättstuga alldeles utanför finns tvättmaskin och dusch. Det tar ca 10 min att promenera till stadskärnan. Livsmedelsaffär ca 3 min och restauranger finns i närområdet. Sänglinne ingår ej, endast täcken (2st 150x200) och kuddar.
