Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxurious apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Das Häuschen ist umgeben von viel Natur und einem wunderschönen See mit Trauerweiden. Das A-Frame Haus bietet viel Privacy mit 2 Hektar Garten. Das Haus am See verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer. Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. Rarely did you sleep so nicely in a factory where there is an atmosphere of musty industry, which goes together with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

The new European cycle path connects Kleve with the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.
