Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The peace and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away for a while!

There are many beautiful, authentic villages in the area, and the endless polders and the bird-rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.
