Spend a relaxing time with a fire, BBQ, and waterfall sauna at Hayasume no Sato, a 150-year-old house

5 minutes from Tsuru Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. 10 minutes by taxi from Tsuru City Station. It is an old house built 150 years ago, surrounded by quiet countryside. It was built in the late Edo period. When you arrive, please look up at the ceiling in the building. You'll notice the beams were carved out of logs by hand using a hatchet. This area was once called "Hayasumi no sho". Tsuru City is a city of abundant water from Mt. Fuji. In the garden, there is a waterfall that draws water from the Natsukari district over the mountain pass. The ground of the campfire space is embedded with the remains of processed lava that governed the distribution of water from the Yamamura Dam, built during the Edo period. You can enjoy a campfire and BBQ while looking at the waterfall, and the starry sky when the weather is clear. Rest your wings slowly in a space where the sound of the clear stream, the flames of the campfire, and the sound of the wood are woven together. This facility is operated by the "NPO Sustainable County Regional Development Study Group", which is a group of volunteers living in the county (eastern Fuji Goko region). Management is carried out by Little Tree Co., Ltd., which utilizes forest resources in Kosuge Village and Doji Village.

Fuji from this drive is impressive.The building is a large, 180 m² house, and I think you'll feel a sense of luxury from its size.Please consider it your own villa and have the best relaxing time. Daily Yamazaki is a 4-minute walk (open 5-23 o'clock). The supermarket is 6 minutes by car (Oka: 9-21 o'clock) There are no private houses in the mountains to the east, south, and west. Tsuru Country Club and Tsuru Golf Club are a 5-minute drive away. We recommend the municipal hot spring, Basho Tsukimachi-no-Yu, which is a 7-minute drive away (open 10:00–21:00, closed on Mondays). The TV is a smart TV and does not have cable (terrestrial B and BS). You tube is available as a guest. You can watch Netflix and other services with your own account, but please delete your personal information when you check out. There is a fire pit for fire pit.Please bring firewood (sold at convenience stores, supermarkets, etc.). Please note that there are solar panels and other installations in the vicinity, so it is not a completely rural area. There are no seasonings (there is simple individually wrapped salt and pepper).

The accommodation, "Shitamura no Hanare", is just over an hour's drive from the city, and offers a peaceful landscape in a nature-rich rural area.We named "Shimomura no Hanare" after our family business name. The accommodation can be separated from a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons from the garden room.In this area, cars were not yet popular in the early Showa period, and mainly horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. were raised and lived in horse shops.There is a renovated horse house on our property, making it a quaint space.The horse house is also a private space for guests.Children are welcome, up to one small dog is ok.
