A log house surrounded by greenery, with a view of the Yatsugatake Mountains from the terrace. Fujimi Panorama Resort is a 5-minute drive. Skiing and snowboarding in the winter. In the summer, you can enjoy mountain climbing and mountain biking at Mt. Irusaka, where the flowers are in full bloom. Fujimi Kogen Resort is a 15-minute drive. The accommodation is perfect for families with children. It is very quiet because there are no houses around, and in the morning, the sound of small birds is lively. It is a distance from the station and supermarket, and a car is necessary. Be sure to have winter tires and chains in the winter. Please note that there is no air conditioner. There is a fan. The bedding is not a bed but a futon. Additional charges apply for 5 or more people, but up to 8 people can stay. Of the additional guests, children 2 years old and younger are free. Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.

Also close to Shinkansen Station "Sakudaira" and "Ueda" ---About 30minutes to both station by car. Very close to Supermarket, Convenience store, Onsen (japaese hot springs), and local restaruant.
