Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Fully attractively furnished tent. Stormproof, large awning fully lockable sleeping tent which can be used in two parts for 4 people. 1 double bed (with mattresses) and 2 sleeping mats. Incl. gas heater x fridge x solar panel for charging phone x tablet. The tent is at the campground dump milk box red. Ideal sunny place with plenty of privacy due to windshields at 10 m from the beach entrance. We do not rent to young people under the age of 22 (this due to the regulations of the campsite).

Everything within walking distance. In the village, a 5-minute bike ride away is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Note when booking: The annual Stavers party will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the fishing days of Stavoren will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

The view from the holiday villa Sudersee is unique - as is the location in Waterpark It Soal. You live on a quiet, well-kept property within walking distance to the IJsselmeer beach and the marina. The cottage has a south-west orientation so you can enjoy the midday and evening sun on the terrace.
