Villa Markiza is located 5 km from Kalofer, in the locality of ​​Byala Reka. Located on the banks of river Byala Reka, near the most picturesque eco-trail and far from the city noise - we can be the perfect place for a family with children or couples looking for peace and quiet to relax. You can enjoy hiking in the National Park (Central Balkan) or have a picnic on the river just across our yard or walk to the nearby monasteries.

The house is on two floors. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, in the large room there is one bedroom. Medium room 3 beds /one is a small children's bed/. A small room, one bedroom for two, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large dining room. The capacity of the first floor is 7 people. On the second floor there is only one common bedroom with up to 5 people. The total capacity of the house is 12 people.
