Die gesamte Ferienwohnung hat 153m2,welche wie folgt unterteilt sind: Die Bärenhöhle mit 45m2 für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern (TV) ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und einer kleinen Küche mit einer Essnische. Der Fuchsbau ist eine Wohnung mit 26m2 für 2 Personen,ausgestattet mit Küche,TV und Dusche mit WC. Der Adlerhorst ist eine Wohnung mit 32m2 für 2 Personen, ausgestattet mit Küche,TV und Dusche mit WC. Der zentrale Wohnessbereich mit 60m2 bietet ideal Platz für 12 Personen zum Feiern.

The 40 sqm apartment with 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800 m from Lake Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenberg cable car. The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.

Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs 50 EUR, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing stores, tobacco shop, etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping center ,intal center ‘‘ and right behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation, etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).
