The small mountain stream on the property invites you to linger by the campfire until night. 90 m² freshly renovated, new furniture & high-quality kitchen equipment leave nothing to be desired. Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

The apartment is located in the hiking and recreational paradise of Kelchsau in the middle of the Hohe Salve holiday region. The small village is located in an idyllic side valley, where you can expect unspoiled nature, quaint farms and secluded mountain peaks. The apartment is in the basement (basement) of the house and has its own entrance incl. Parking. "Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with a viewing window for romantic hours.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Die Obergasteigalm ist ein gemütliches, liebevoll instandgehaltenes Juwel im Talschluss des Winkeltals: Wanderparadies Volkzein. Schöne Tage zu zweit, mit der Familie od. Freunden abseits des Alltagsstresses ohne Internet/Telefon. Gemütliche Grill- und Chillabende mit Feuerschale. Soll der Kochlöffel ruhen, Einkehr in der bewirtschafteten Volkzeinerhütte. Warme Dusche u. Licht vorhanden. Im Juli bewirtschaften wir unsere Felder (sind in der Nähe). [Nicht im Winter]

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Die Unterkunft Haus Staud begrüßt Sie in Schmirn und bietet Ihnen Unterkünfte mit einem Sitzbereich und einer Küche. WLAN in allen Bereichen sowie die Privatparkplätze an der Unterkunft nutzen Sie kostenfrei. Das Apartment verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und einen Backofen 2 Zimmer in denen sich die Betten als Einzel oder Doppelbett nutzen lassen und die Wohnung ist auch im Sommer ohne Klimaanlge kühl.

It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
