The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

Upstairs, there is also a pleasant patio where you can enjoy the fresh air. The lake is a stone's throw away. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Enjoy the sauna in a separate building next to the house with a magnificent view and find peace in front of the fire place. Sleeping places are for up to 9 people. Close to the bus stop, to the direct bus to the city. Nicely decorated for the Christmas period with a real Christmas tree inside.

Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim at the cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day Approx 1 hour by car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have parties or friends visiting. Age limit is 25 years.
