A charming Grade 2 listed farmhouse from 1650, on the edge of an attractive village on Dorset’s beautiful Isle of Purbeck, close to its best beaches. The house blends historic charm with modern comforts, combining C20th design pieces, antique & vintage furniture, with a collection of international & locally created or inspired art. The grounds include a formal, walled garden & a fruit tree orchard at just under an acre, that runs down to farmland with uninterrupted views up to the Purbeck hills.

Cove Cottage

This picturesque cottage dates from the 18th Century and has been carefully renovated to provide modern comfort whilst retaining the property's original features. Just 2 minutes' stroll from Lulworth Cove, on England’s only natural UNESCO World Heritage coastline. Customise the bed layout - with the ability to swap 2 rooms from super kings to twins. Please note that we do not recommend this property for those with small children or mobility issues due to several flights of rather steep stairs.

Falcons Nest

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

With its blend of natural beauty, historical sites, and cozy accommodation, The Hyde provides an idyllic getaway.

Enjoy a tranquil break in our recently renovated Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Dorset. No.1 The Courtyard is nestled just outside the village of Tincleton and was originally part of the servant’s accommodation to Clyffe House (1842). We are situated 6 miles from Dorchester, and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage.

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.
