Fox+Fern Cottage is your cozy home away from home. Our Cottage is walkable to nearly everything in Two Harbors. We are a mile walk to the lake and less than that to Castle Danger Brewery. Fantastic base to explore the North Shore (see reviews). Our yard is a quiet oasis with outdoor seating and swings galore. A/C units installed early JulyRarely will you needwith the cool lake breezes that flow through the shaded house. There's room to pitch a tent on the patio rubber mulch too . Permit #23-05

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

The cabin is nestled on a wooded point, surrounded by lush greenery and rocky shoreline. The clear waters of Lake Superior gently lap against the bedrock, creating a serene and tranquil setting. Outdoor seating areas and a picnic table are visible on the grassy area.
