We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Restaurants, pedestrian zone and the "green belt" or Korbach city park are within walking distance in 2 -3 minutes. The train station is 750 m away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.

Forester's lodge on the Malberg estate

Holidays in the heart of Germany! Tucked away in the hilly low mountain range landscape of northern Hesse and surrounded by orchards, lies the historic Malberg manor house with its extensive history dating back to 1253. The reinvention of the old forester's lodge from 1964 was completed at the end of 2022. We have furnished the rooms as we would like to spend our holidays ourselves and have lovingly taken care of many details so that you will feel very comfortable with us.

Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming cabin is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (directly on the Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
