Berg-Chalet Kleinmauerreith retreat

We’re based at the ‘end of the world’, at the foot of the imposing Bischofsmütze, and rent out our newly built flat on the top floor. The view takes in the forests and the Gosaukamm. Walkers and mountaineers benefit from the location; you can set off straight from the front door into the Gosaukamm area and up to the alpine pastures. In winter, ski tourers and snowshoe walkers save themselves the journey, as wonderful tours start right on our doorstep.Dachstein West ski region is 5 km away by car

Welcome to the Bergsonne Lammertal apartment – quietly located at 1,000 m above sea level in St. Martin am Tennengebirge. The accommodation offers two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a sunny terrace with panoramic mountain views. In summer, hiking trails lead directly from the front door to alpine pastures and swimming lakes. In winter, ski trails, ski areas, and winter hiking trails await you nearby. With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and quietly located, Konradgut 11 is an ideal starting point for extended hikes into the surrounding forests. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Luxury Alpine Chalet (230 m²) in Mühlbach for 10 people with fantastic views! 5 luxury bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and cooking island. MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso machine, QUOOKER, EV charging station (11 kW) and lots of (free) extras! Built in 2022 and equipped with every modern comfort and beautiful materials. Its cosy and warm atmosphere, wooden doors 220 cm high, and subtle interior details make this chalet a real gem!

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
