Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Karins red cottage

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

Kom och prova att bo på en riktig bondgård! I direkt anslutning till huset finns nötdjur. Det ultimata boendet för den som vill bo lantligt och med djur inpå knuten! Huset renoverades invändigt våren 2023. I huset finns två sovrum och ett stort kök, sovplatser för 6 personer ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med en våningssäng och en utdragbar dagbädd. I närheten finns vackert belägen badsjö med lekpark samt en mysig gårdsbutik.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Welcome to this cozy cottage located between Luleå & Boden. The cottage is 50 m2 and can accommodate 1-3 people. In the house, there is a double bed and an extra bed to use if necessary. There is a wood-fired sauna to use and an open fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included. TV can be used by connecting a computer or phone. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the cottage.

Activities such as skiing, snowmobiling and food over an open fire can be arranged directly on the farm. You can go out into the snow directly from the house.

Stockfors is a small village north of Älvsbyn. It is centrally located if you want to visit Arvidsjaur, Jokkmokk, Piteå, Boden and Luleå. The driving time is between 45-100 minutes. It is about 30 km to our biggest attraction, Storforsen. Europe's largest unbound waterfall. The waterfall is unique. If you want to visit Kåbdalis ski lifts, it is about 1 hour by car.
