Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Peaceful place just outside Luleå City.

Environmentally friendly accommodation! Sunpanels on roof. We offer you a sauna, some gym equipment and nearby there's also a lake with a fireplace. You can go fishing or borrow our small boat. You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day. Pets of all kind are NOT allowed! Due to allergic problems. Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

The Cube

På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga.

Kom och prova att bo på en riktig bondgård! I direkt anslutning till huset finns nötdjur. Det ultimata boendet för den som vill bo lantligt och med djur inpå knuten! Huset renoverades invändigt våren 2023. I huset finns två sovrum och ett stort kök, sovplatser för 6 personer ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med en våningssäng och en utdragbar dagbädd. I närheten finns vackert belägen badsjö med lekpark samt en mysig gårdsbutik.
