A wonderful studio in an excellent location! The bright and spacious studio is located right next to the Ainola park. A short walk to the center. The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. There is 160 cm double bed and a third bed as an air mattress. A large glazed balcony with a seating group. 43" smart TV (e.g. Netflix), high-speed internet (200/200).

Studio with sauna 1.5 km from the highway

This is easy to get off the highway. This is a good place to go if you're looking for privacy. This is close to services, but there are no other apartments nearby. Also a great stopover on the way from south to north or vice versa! A big free parking spot and a warm place in the car. Great transportation to Oulu. Downtown Kempele Services 1.8km, Zeppel and Swimming Hall 2km, Railway Station 1.5km, Tivoli 2.9km, Leo's playland and Zemppiareena 2km.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed.
