Lugnt och trivsamt i återvändsgränd. Lägenheten består av allrum, pentry, möblerad korridor, sovrum med ett par sängar (de kan fästas ihop) på övervåningen. WC, duschrum, bastu, hall och tvättstuga på nedre våningen. Det finns en liten kyl, ett par kokplattor, mikrovågsugn och kaffekokare.
