Wunderschönes, sonniges Appartement in Purkersdorf am Stadtrand von Wien. Absolute Ruhelage direkt am Wald lädt zum Entspannen ein. Grüne Idylle und doch nah zur Stadt. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Schnellzug erreicht man den Wien Westbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Perfekt eignet sich das Appartement für Autoreisende, da es direkt vor dem Haus einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt. Den nächstgelegenen Bahnhof erreichst du zu Fuß, dem Bus oder dem Auto. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Autobus Haltestelle nach Wien befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
