The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Kick back in this cozy suite while you wait for your flight. Have your own private space and full bath, with private entry. We have good access to downtown. 15 min walk to the light rail station or another 5 min to be at the front door of the airport! Make this your hub for all the sightseeing Seattle has to offer. We live here with our 10 mo old daughter, friendly pup and cat so you may see us in the front yard or porch. Ask about pets, as long as they are friendly it shouldn't be a problem!

Only 15 minutes away from Seattle, 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 3 minutes from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. Tons of restaurant to choose from in the area. King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.
