This newly built house from 2024 is built industrially in Nordic style. It has been important to create a different aesthetically simplified expression, where the style is minimalist in an industrial design, and where the family can be gathered on one floor. Large glass sections give you the experience of being close to nature while the view of the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar make the location of the house unique. The rooms of the house are all installed with climate control so that it can be adapted to the individual.

Our recently renovated apartments are ideal for guests who, enjoying their vacation, want to feel all the comforts of their own home. All apartments are south-north oriented and have a beautiful view of the sea, beach and islands. Sunsets from our southern terraces look magical, while from the northern terrace the view falls on Mt. Biokovo, whose discovery we recommend to lovers of untouched nature.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
