Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

Bakkehuset is nestled in the deep, tranquil peace of the forest. Close to the Gudenåen and in the middle of nature with rich opportunities to see the deer in the field, the birds of prey in the trees and listen to the songbirds chirping. Grandmother's living room is located at one end of the house. Here there is intimacy and cosiness in abundance, and you will experience peace and views of nature through all the windows. Outside there is a playground, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and even your electric car can stand undisturbed in the carport and charge.

The home is located right on the highway but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected - especially on weekdays and at harvest time. Beautiful surroundings on a nature property

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with stunning views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with great views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of blah "cinema" cozy with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. It has a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Free coffee, tea and in the fridge I have left some drinking and quick food if you arrive late as you should feel free to take . No TV but wifi. Small tea kitchen with microwave, toaster and actifry. I live within a short distance so can quickly be there if you need help or need anything.
