This property gives you private access to an acre of land in the downtown Hot springs district with great views of turtle mountain. Close to the river, the park, and the main street with shops and restaurants. You will have your own large outdoor hot springs tub to relax away from the crowds. This unit has a private entrance and access to the outdoor spaces which includes a stage, lots of outdoor seating a bbq and a fire pit. The water for the tub comes out of the aquifer at 106 degrees F !

Cute, cozy, and spacious!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in the funky town of Truth or Consequences. The main house has two bedrooms, full bath, and fully equipped kitchen. A detached bunkhouse offers a king size bed. There is a separate wash room with 3/4 bath and washer/dryer available for guest use. A spacious back yard with covered patio, grill, and fire pit makes for perfect gatherings under our beautiful New Mexico skies. Minutes from downtown and famous hot springs. PET FRIENDLY!

David-Daddy's Lakehouse in T or C

When my son was 2 years old. He called this home David -daddys lake house. It was too cute. That is how the name originated, Basically my lakehouse. Close to hot springs. Close to Elephant Butte lake. Within 15 minutes. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Sorry garage not available for use. On half acre plenty of parking. 3 queen beds and 2 futon beds in living room. New furnace refrigerated ac installed. Just added full size washer and dryer. Pets ok please read house manual concerning pets.

Welcome to our sweet home with sunlit windows and a great view of Turtle Back Mountain! Walk our beautiful stone-lined Petite Chartres Labyrinth. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one full bed, 1 bath, and a well-stocked kitchen. The yard is fenced and includes a table and chairs in our covered gazebo. We have great neighbors! A mile to local hot mineral springs, restaurants, and shops. Small enough to be cozy, big enough to be comfortable! Bring one small pet for a $25 fee!
