Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Welcome to a genuine Swedish cottage from the late 1800s, beautifully located in Sävast between Luleå and Boden. Surrounded by a river, forest and open fields, it offers a peaceful stay close to nature. The cottage has been carefully renovated with modern comforts for both holidays and work. Access to a sauna and exercise facilities on the farm. Only a 5-minute walk to the ski trail, river and bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the town centre and train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

Accommodation by the sea

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Balconies with wind protection, sun loungers and dining tables for our guests. You have the beach right below you, nice and quiet. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Piteå town centre. Free parking space no. 2. 11 kW electric car charger at cost price

Spacious courtyard house

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

The Cube, accommodation on a small island.

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant tranquility on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Nice sea view. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin.

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Karins red cottage

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
