Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. Parking is inside the house not in street and iluminated at night and has security cameras. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door.
