Come and relax in my cozy cocooning home. Located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the city. You will appreciate the tropical style of the garden which will give you the feeling of being in the countryside. You will have the choice of 3 terraces, all different, to relax with a drink, one of which is surrounded by palm trees🌴... In summer you can lie on the sunbeds in the south-facing garden. The city center is a 5 minute drive away.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (new external staircase with non-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. The apartment is adjoining the house we live in but has a completely independent entrance. Guests can fully enjoy the garden. parking is closed and under surveillance.
