The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut
This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

Stylish Self Contained Annex in the South Downs
Crispins Corner is set in the delightful village of Stedham, in the heart of the South Downs. We have a wonderful variety of walks and mountain bike trails on the door step, in the local countryside and on the South Downs. Close to the village pub and 2 miles from Midhurst and Cowdray Park, which can be easily accessed by a level cycle path. Goodwood, several National Trust properties, Roman villas and the wonderfull sandy beach at West Wittering are only a short drive away.

The Coop at Titty Hill Farm, South Downs
Unwind in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The Coop is one of two luxury cedar cabins (see also The Potager at Titty Hill Farm), set within the potager garden beside the main farmhouse and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The open plan layout and neutral tones combine to create a light and airy space complemented by rustic furnishings and comforting detail, with a king-size bed & generous bathroom with a claw bath. The Coop is ideally suited to couples.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood
Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood
The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

The Cowshed, Midhurst
The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.

The Mole House
Tucked away at the edge of a quiet meadow in the South Downs National Park, our tiny house offers a luxurious and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Tall trees create a natural sense of privacy, with views across the green fields during the day and stars filling the sky at night. We are 5 minutes from Midhurst and 20 mins from Goodwood. A perfect stop if you are cycling or walking the South Downs Way. A private place away from the busy world.
