The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Welcome to our cozy apartment at Øvre Møllenberg! The house is built in 1898, and is charmingly crooked:) The apartment is located (up a slightly steep staircase) in a quiet backyard that makes the place (pretty much) calm and comfortable. Sit in the window and look out over the city, fjord and mountains behind. Møllenberg is located in the heart of the city, bus and train within walking distance, Solsiden with cafes, shops and nightlife is a 3-minute walk away. We love living here and it is characterized by the apartment🤗

2 charming cabins on the waterfront with boat

Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and the city centre, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cottages have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside, there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place - right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, relax, go fishing, go hiking, go mushroom or berry picking, work from home, go skiing, or play golf. In the summer there are long bright nights, and in the winter you can be lucky enough to see the northern lights. Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds, but it is possible to accommodate one more person.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Forbord Dome

"Forbord Dome" er en eksklusiv glampingopplevelse for to personer i hjertet av naturen. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og bålpanne. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?
