Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj nalazi se u blizini svih zanimljivosti, što vam olakšava planiranje vašeg posjeta. Sama kuća u kojoj je smješten apartman je iz srednjeg vijeka i okruženje je pitoreskno. Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

Small Room. AMAZING VIEW! For 2! 2.5km > TROGIR!

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Apartment "Patricia" is completely renovated, on the 3th floor, in the old hause built 1900 year from natural stone in the city center, downtown, close (within a radius 50m) to public transport and parking, taxi, art and culture, parks, green and fish market, bucheries, banks, caffes and restaurants, post office, ferry and yachts harbour.The airport is 2 km away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
