The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

There is a beautiful countryside here with good bike paths, lakes and the black magpies; in short: pure nature.

The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people.
