The house is located in the Sierra del Courel, one of the natural paradises of Galicia. Traditional house that retains the essence of yesteryear but with all amenities. Ideal for tourist or telecommuting stay. 10 min. from the center of Seoane where there is supermarket, bar, pharmacy or medical center. Located on the Rio Pequeno route and 20 minutes from the jewel of Courel, the Devesa da Rogueira. Next to the house you have a chestnut forest and very close to a limestone rock mountain (Taro Branco).

It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor.
