25 m2 studio with a unique 25 m2 terrace with incredible views of the Douro River and Porto city, has an equipped kitchen. Located in the historic area of Vila Nova de Gaia, next to the wow, in the heart of the Port wine cellars, a 10-minute walk from the historic D. Luis e da ribeira do Porto. Access to the studio is made by a staircase of the historical center. At the value added the tourist tax of the city. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. We have parking at 200mts from the studio

This charming suite is on the 2nd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.
