The house is located in a strategic position, just a 150-meter walk from the beautiful and very large beach of Tre Fontane, just a 250-meter walk from the center where you can find restaurants, bars, tobacconists, nightlife and just a 100-meter walk from the well-stocked mini market “La Putia”. The house is divided into 2 completely independent apartments, with separate entrances, the only common area is the courtyard, which represents only a passage area for the apartment on the first floor.

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded.
