Your 14X14 separate furnished studio is pleasant, cozy & quiet. It is equipped w/ coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster oven, fresh linens, fluffy towels & a comfortable queen bed. Left of the residence & attached to the workshop your studio awaits your arrival. The park like setting patio has beautiful mountain views. The welcome book will be your guide to close by Siskiyou Lake activities w/ hiking, biking, golf & restaurants. It is 2 miles to town. Turn left up the driveway to your Cozy Studio.

Sitting atop 140 acres of private land sits an oasis with abundant indoor/outdoor space, built-in hot tub and outdoor shower overlooking the McCloud Arm of Shasta Lake. With the best high-speed internet on the lake to work remote, corn hole & all the entertainment the great outdoors has to offer this is the premier place, with no neighbors or city noises, to come escape the world and relax We are pet friendly!

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.

Small Cozy Cabin with great views of Shasta Lake. This small cabin can accommodate four. This cabin does allow pets with additional fees of $25 per pet. We also have larger cabins on Airbnb. UPDATE: Shasta Lake is experiencing severe drought and while there are still lots of cool things to do, the Lake on the Sac. Arm is currently experiencing low levels. We do have our dock in front of the resort. Still beautiful views!
