This well-equipped and spacious property offers home comforts and breathtaking views. With plenty of parking, a huge garden and terrace, a large living room, and good-sized bedrooms, you won't want to venture out. We have games and we are surrounded by fields with horses and sheep (and lamas) with a view down the valley to the beach. You can doze listening to the waves. On less warm days, you can enjoy views from inside the conservatory. With a clear view of Lundy, the sunsets are sensational.

Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a coastal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. We will consider allowing pets.

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Cosy one bedroom cottage close to the coast

Jasmine cottage forms part of a courtyard of 9 holiday cottages, converted from original farm buildings. It is set in large grounds, with games room, tennis court and grassy areas to walk your dog on lead. At certain times of year there is an enclosed grass paddock to walk dogs off lead but this cannot be guaranteed, as it is occasionally used for grazing horses. The cottage is a short drive to the beautiful Woolacombe Beach and the harbour town of Ilfracombe.

The Stable

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Idyllicc country cabin retreat on the edge of a working farm. 5 minute drive to a World Surfing Heritage Reserve, Woolacombe Beach, and approiximatly 25 minute walk down a public footpath to Woolacombe village and the beach. The Stable sleeps two adults with stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, shower room and large outside garden and decking area. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden.
