Berlea is a beautiful flint cottage situated on the Paston way, 200m from North Norfolk’s wonderful coast path. A great selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes locally, with a brilliant bus service. National trust properties to visit, plus Cromer is a 10min drive away, steeped in history with its amazing pier theatre. Set in stunning countryside, surrounded by nature, with fabulous beaches and walks from this cliff top location. Includes off street parking & guest garden along with log burner.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Clearwater Lodge Ocean View

Clearwater Lodge offers a luxury holiday experience with sea views and home comforts situated in one of the best plots at Trimingham House Holiday Park. A short 10 minute sloped walk leads you to the haven of Norfolk’s sandy beaches. Find us on insta at: clearwater_lodge We offer check in and check out on either Mondays or Fridays. A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
