Quiet in the countryside

Logement indépendant et spacieux avec vue dégagée. Amoureux de la nature et en quête de calme, nous avons acquis cette ancienne ferme située dans un écrin de verdure, entourée de pâture, d’un étang et d’un cours d’eau. Nous avons entièrement rénové la maison principale et aménagé la grange avec soin. Les aménagements extérieurs ne sont pas encore terminés (façade et cour), mais le lieu est déjà très agréable. Le logement est situé à Bouvancourt, un charmant petit village à 20 km de Reims.

Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Il se compose d'une chambre avec literie de 160x200 cm, d'un coin salon avec canapé lit et coin repas Cuisine équipée et salle de douche.

You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres cottage, awarded 3 épis Gîtes de France, has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. A parking space is available near the cottage. E-bike rental available on request to explore the region.

Located 10 minutes from Reims, our apartment is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, TV (flat screen) and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. In addition, you benefit from secure parking (vehicle and bike) inside our property. For health and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed in this home.
