Het grote terras en de infinity pool van 8m bij 4m bieden een adembenemend uitzicht op de Garfagnana vallei (ook bekend als het best bewaarde geheim van Italië). Lucca, Pisa en Florence zijn dicht genoeg bij voor een dagtrip, evenals de stranden van Viareggio en Forte dei Marmi (de koningin van de Italiaanse Rivièra). De Garfagnana vallei heeft vele pittoreske dorpjes, prachtige bergen en uitgestrekte bossen.

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Casa Emma is a nice house in the small village of Fiattone in Garfagnana. A quiet and reserved place to spend your holidays in relax. At guests' disposal there are two large double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a full bathroom with spacious shower. The exterior consists of a beautiful garden with swimming pool, gazebo with table and chairs, small outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a relax area with armchairs to enjoy the view.
